El Chalet already had many of the ingredients guests look for: mountain views, outdoor spaces, comfortable accommodations, and a peaceful setting.
The challenge was not the property itself.
The challenge was how the experience was being communicated before guests arrived.
While the property offered a unique atmosphere, much of that feeling was not consistently reflected across photography, website presentation,
listing structure, and guest expectations.
Guests could see the features.
They could not always see the experience.
